The Ministry of Energy supervises all aspects of the activities and work of the sectors of the energy system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through an integrated strategy for this sector, based on maximising the added value of the national economy with a sustainable approach and high efficiency, including a strategy for hydrocarbons (oil and gas, refined products, petrochemicals), and a strategy (electricity and renewable energy sector such as thermal materials and complementary energy).
